What will new invoices from Equinix look like?
Invoices from the Equinix invoicing platform are more detailed than your existing invoices. Your new invoice will provide additional information about your services and will use product descriptions from the Equinix product catalog.
For Brazil the invoice will be provided in the government approved format. If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What options do I have for viewing my invoice?
Equinix offers invoices in a summary or detailed format, which can be provided as a PDF or an Excel file. Services can be split into separate invoices by:
- Equinix International Business Exchange™ (IBX®)* data center
- Product Category
- Purchase Order #
- Customer Provided Reference #

When can I expect my Equinix invoice?
Invoices will be generated on the first of each month.
If I have questions about my bills/invoices sent to me before May 1, 2017, who can I contact?

If I am a customer of both Verizon and Equinix, which pricing platform can I expect to use moving forward?
Going forward, all invoicing for Data Center/Colocation services will be on the Equinix platform. Equinix will honor all active and existing contracts for services, including pricing terms. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
If I am a Verizon customer with a pre-existing contract, will it be honored under its current terms or will we need a new contract with Equinix?
Equinix is obligated to honor all terms and conditions in the existing contracts relative to the colocation business for the duration of the existing contract. However, to facilitate your relationship with Equinix, Equinix would be happy to use your existing Equinix terms (if you are a current customer of Equinix) or sign new Equinix paperwork which would make future ordering of new services or global services much quicker. If I am a Verizon customer, will I be able to keep the current terms and SLAs in my contract with Verizon if I need a new contract with Equinix?
Equinix is obligated to honor all terms and conditions in the existing contracts relative to the colocation business for the duration of the existing contract. All new contracts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, Equinix expects that its standard SLAs are as good as or better than those offered by Verizon.
